I accidentally sent the card to the wrong address and the seller was not only fast at communicating, but offered to send me a new one for free even when I insisted on paying for a new one. The card arrived in a timely manner and was delivered in a secure way. Plus they left a nice message to go along with it.   Package arrived torn open and bent, resealed by the USPS with an apology for the condition of the envelope. The cards inside were mostly unaffected, but there is a slight bend. Personalized thank you note was a nice touch, thanks!
