Seller claimed his ignorance as an excuse, fine, but also refused to replace or cover return shipping, despite clearly misleading advert and admitting his mistake. We advertised five of these items that had been removed from an HP server. There were three of one style and two of another. All five of these units are functionally identical, and there is no performance difference we are aware of between them. The photo happened to show one style, and the buyer happened to receive the other one. We explained this to the buyer but he insisted we replace the one he got with the other style (which would have trebled our postage costs).

Connect all your TV smart devices to the Internet on one mains plug!
I've purchased a number of powerline network connection units over the last couple of years, and a number have failed due to overheating (in one case, the plastic case melted :( ), another just died, and several needed to be un-plugged and re-plugged once or twice to re-establish connection to the router. This unit was bought to replace the four socket unit from another brand that just died (also, just out of warranty), and so far, so good! Only three network ports, rather than the four on the one it replaced, but, hey, it's working. No setup required, just plug in and it works.

Sophisticated, secure, easy to set up and reliable - recommended!
I have deployed two of these routers in our business, and they have given us excellent service over the last 12 months. Added to this is the excellent support from Billion's support desk, who provided essential assistance to configure a site-to-site VPN between our two sites (we have a retail shop and an HQ in our home, where we have an SBS 2008 system that runs all of our back end systems - email, data backup etc). The site-to-site VPN allows our shop network to access data on the SBS box securely, allowing us to run a virtually paperless admin system for invoices etc. The routers themselves are very sophisticated as well as being secure, and are excellent value for money! Unfortunately we had to replace one as a contractor managed to soak the shop site router while he was working in the shop, however eBay came to our assistance with an identical system to replace the failed unit - no fault of the router, they aren't designed to work under water! I have used Draytek routers in the past, and find Billion routers easier to configure.
