    Had the absolute best experience with this seller any buyer could hope for. This was a very expensive purchase for me(over $2000). First, the item came in pristine condition. I had a hard time believing it was used. The packaging even looked like it was from the manufacturer. Second, I had an issue with a piece of the system. A $500 part had sprung a leak. The seller immediately rectified the situation and I had a replacement 2 days later. Really stellar experience. Would highly recommend!

BEING HUMAN NEW DVD

Exceptionally Mediocre Product from WB.
The transfer of this movie to DVD is extremely mediocre, at best. The film is grainy and jittery - that is to say that the picture moves around within the frame, and this appears to be a by-product of the transfer. I assume this is either because this was the highest-quality source material available from the "archive", or WB simply couldn't be bothered to look for something better or re-do the transfer. That's somewhat understandable with a title that's not going to sell to a large market, and I suppose we should be grateful to have any product available on DVD at all. If you want to see this experimental movie that deals with the topic of reincarnation as part of a soul's journey through time, this may be your best option. It will get the job done, but the low technical quality is annoying. Robin Williams shows off his dramatic talents in a somewhat sophisticated journey that becomes clearer the more one understands about the spiritual experience of "being HUMAN". I would not recommend it to everyone, so be ready to be either fascinated by it or not like it at all.

Great movie, DVD could use a makeover
This DVD suffers from a mediocre source / transfer quality. It looks a lot like an old copy - colors are washed out, resolution is mediocre - you get the picture. Still, once you immerse yourself in the story you are rewarded with Rudolph's best effort. One of my favorite films of all time - maybe some day Criterion will visit this gem, track down a good print to restore and give us a great "Choose Me" experience.
