Sticky residue on the rubberized plastic from aging cleaned off fine with Alcohol. Once cleaned up and installed it worked PERFECTLY! No pump whine. Ball bearing fan on radiator was quiet. Considering that these are are nonexistent as NEW stock this was a lucky find and I am vey happy I was able to snag one. Seller was great to deal with. Buy with confidence.
