A wonderful, caring, top quality book!
The title of the review says it all. Jack Diamond obviously cares for pets and knows what he's talking about.

Almost a miracle.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The TENS unit a friend lent us helped my late wife overcome a bad case of shingles that her Brain Cancer Surgeons said she'd have for the rest of her life. The shingles came from childhood Chicken Pox which is only suppressed and apparently not totally cured. remnants remain in our body and appears as a severe and painful rash, sometimes brought on by stress. lowered resistance or serious illness. Her brain tumor could hardly have been a more serious illness and she was under tremendous stress because she had been told the same doctors she had 6 to 18 months to live. Well , she lived a full 13 years and after being let go without mention of her disability and handicap by her bosses with a most powerful business consulting firm. She spent 12 and a half of those years as a newspaper columnist every week, quoted often, but most impressively by Dr Philip Zimbardo in his book "The Lucifer Effect." While Zimbardo concentrated on "How Good People Turn Evil" his book ended with her philosophy that everyone has heroism within that reveals itself in subtle private and often very noticeable public ways. WE thank the TENS unit inventors and marketers for relieving shingles pain long enough for her natural pain relieving action. She did not use it for the terrible headaches because she felt the vibrations and current would not be good that close to her brain. Getting rid of the shingles was a turning point that gave her hope to make long range plans and tackle the challenging career as am eclectic commentator on as she put it, " anything I damn well please(as long as it's in good taste and shows people with brain tumors can THINK and aren't doomed to a useless life or doing something crazy and dangerous.
