It's very user friendly

Well designed, heavy duty, long life battery with all the trimmings
The trimmer is smooth and very quiet it cuts cleanly not leaving patches behind for a second or third pass. I bought this one because my wife uses a similar model for her legs and bikini lines
to sum it up it's a great trimmer :)
