Review of Emagic AMT 8, 8 channel midi interface
The Mk 2 version has has USB 2 connection and works well with Mac Audio and Midi manager. If you are returning to hardware midi products keyboard and drum machines or sound modules fitted with 5 pin din plug midi sockets it's a must for your setup.
This unit will save you having to daisy chain midi instruments together and increases the number of midi channels you can use. It also reduces midi delay from your your Digital Audio Workstation.
