  My experience with this seller was excellent. He was personable and communicated well. I purchased 3 dinner plates and asked him to include a 4th one that he had mentioned/sent a photo that was cracked. He actually sent me a 4th one that was perfect- no cracks. I was absolutely over the moon with his kindness. The delivery was quick, and the dishes were packed by someone who knows how to pack china. I recommend this seller 100%.
