Bike was packed by a careless mechanic at a local shop, and used zero packing materials, so bike sustained cosmetic damage to paint in shipping(not sellers fault by any means), but seller worked with the shop to get a refund for damages, and went above and beyond to make this an easy, pleasant transaction. Item was exactly as described, photos in auction were accurate, and although the paint damage is a disappointment, I'm overall very happy with the bike! A+ experience.

Worked like a charm!
2013 f-150 limited. Passenger side step was making a wretched noise when I would open and close the door, when the step would go up and down. Ford wanted $2,200 to fix it. They would have replaced the entire step. I knew that the noise was coming from the motor / gearbox. I took a chance on this. It worked like a charm. When you remove the step oh, you have to do it with the step fully deployed, so the notch cut out in the shaft of the motor is on a different side than it is when they ship the new motor to you. I was able to attach the electrical connection to the motor alone, and unplug it at the point where the shaft cut out, or key was oriented correctly to reinstall it. I installed the new motor, and it works like it is brand new. Hopefully the two year warranty holds true. I might do a video on how I replaced the motor, seeing as there are not really any videos, or instructions on the internet as to how to do this. Ford only sells the entire step and motor as a complete replacement. Not just the motor alone.

Easy and works well for my vehicle.
The Kenu Airframe + works easily and well in my 2013 F-150 with a Galaxy S10. It might not work as easily in all vehicles, as different vehicles air vents are in different places. Some more convenient than others.
