  Item was listed as brand new in box. Showed up in a torn and taped box. On top of that, a critical piece was missing. The light is useless without it. I was unable to contact seller to discuss.

  Seller issued a full refund, including shipping. I am sorry that I didn't get the item, but the seller made good on the refund. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.

  I received the wrong light size and contacted seller to exchange them for the correct size, but he said that the picture was what I purchased and so I am stuck with 4 bulbs that are not useful for me.
