Had these same headphones before and the...

Had these same headphones before and there was no issues, those were brand new. These ones have a sound issue, when on the phone recieve multiple complaints that it sounds like I am far away from the mic when I am talking directly into the headphones. Also has a connectivity issue, easily fixed but generally I’m going to have to buy a brand new pair and use these for a 2nd pair/emergencies only.
