Great work out but hard to follow

This workout is great unfortunately I simply cannot follow it. The instructor doesn’t explain the moves or show them she just does them and through out I felt lost. Now I am fit and it’s not a case of not keeping up because physically I can, it’s just a case of the fact the teacher is so bad and doesn’t actually instruct. Shame as this would have been a great work out
