Rotring
I went to university late in the 1980s, to teach CTD. The tools we learnt to use were mainly for drawing and design work and the very best were always Rotring, they always worked and lasted the very best and longest. That is still true today, they feel right and work very very smoothly they are without doubt the very best.

Water meter
Looks like a well made meter, the only downside is there is no manual to tell you how to use it or how to change the batteries.
This is a great shame, as it wouldn't take much to write an English version with pictures or a link to a video on utube.
