It is not my fault that the buyer decided to buy missing part before receiving an item. Would I also get a negative feedback if courier company damaged it? Silly! On top of that I am 100% sure that the splash shield could be returned. This is unnecessary drama on the buyers part.

It arrived covered in coffee grounds and beans, and dirty inside out. Poor communication from seller. Was put in the situation to carry the heavy item back to post office for a return even though I highlighted I had health issues and required it being picked up from home. Worst experience with an ebay seller. Ebay were great stepping in to resolve the issue though.

Great lock!
I feel really safe leaving my bike behind chained with his lock. It won't be usable everywhere so consider buying slightly longer version as this one is just about if you chain it into place around real wheel and frame. Recommended!
