Does the job
Works well. Had to install program for emulating serial, but fine after that.

Not exactly the same.
Does not have all the pins on the connection to radio. Volume control is sketchy. Very loud, so perfect if you are in a noisy situation. Cord is thinner and more flexible than original mic, but that is not a bad thing.
