Not nearly the same as the OE armrests
Theses armrests look & fit good however they are only about half the thickness of the original ones on my chair and the foam is not as firm so they are pretty much in a collapsed state if you have to support a lot of your weight on them. So far the durability seems good as well.

Poor Quality
The armrests look good initially, although they not as thick as the OEM armrests & installed without any kind of problems. However after only about 1 week of usage the foam in the armrests has gone completely flat giving no padding at all. It seems the foam was either improperly formulated or improperly cured. I definitely not recommend to others or buy again.

love the way it cooks but POOR quality.
5 von 5 finden das hilfreich It is easy to use and I love what is cooked however the quality is poor and Masterbuilt does not stand behind their product. I used mine less than 6 times when it failed to work at all - it would not even come on and start to heat. I contacted the manufacture and they determined the entire cabinet had to be replaced and the cost would be the same as buying a new one because it was out of warranty. Take a look at how short the warranty period is - there is a reason - that will tell you a lot. I am not the only one to experience this, look around on the web and you will find lots of similar complaints.
