  Unfortunately the item had some minor damage upon arrival. The seller was extremely prompt in offering a resolution to my extreme satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase through them again as the item was as described and shipping was reasonable and all communication was handled promptly and very professionally. I look forward to seeing what new items are offered in the future.

  Ordered a delicate porcelain. Asked the seller to double box and pack very carefully. Never replied. Item arrived broken into a thousand pieces. He/she had packed it with a few sheets of bubble wrap and used as padding 15-20 crumbled Wal-Mart plastic bags. Very unprofessional. I got refunded from ebay but what a waste! Not to mention the hassle and the high charge of $80 for shipping. Could have had it professionally packaged for that amount. Be careful!
