Amazing!!
There is no doubt, everything that came from the mnd of this guy was amazing!, who's genius is comparable to those like Ub Iwers and Tex Avery. He pretty much prepare the field and set up the laugh and smart cartoon standars that people like John K. & Matt Groenning later adopted.
This is his work at his best, incredibly insane and funny. Peabody & Sherman are the smartes cartoon of his time, how I wished that history class was more like this guys...
