Tough situation at work? Here's all the answers!
A fantastic book on how to handle colleague situations at work. It can also be used in everyday situations with people on a personal level and in any social environment. I initially bought this book to help with my development with work colleagues. There are snippets of advice and information in the book around a page long on how to respond to sticky situations such as colleagues who are threatened with redundancies or colleagues who need guidance through major changes. Compared to other books on this topic, this book is written in plain English with snappy details of tricky situations and responses that you can make to resolve any issues. A 'must' read for a people person!
