Good introduction to sprouting

I must admit I haven"t read from cover to cover yet, but certainly had more comprehensive detail than I could find on the internet (which tends to be riddled with adverts) - such as whether you needed to cook chickpeas once they'd been sprouted. Worth it just to get the tables with soaking times, sprouting times, mixtures etc.

Great for yogurt making.

Used for yogurt/creme fraiche making. Perfect size for the amount I make. Nice wide mouth means I can tip the batch straight into a kilner jar. Preheat flask. Put yogurt mix in then leave overnight- fantastic and no plastic waste.
