Perfect design
Perfect fit!! Very secure/robust design. Gives you plenty of lockable space inside the safe while still allowing the factory 12v outlet to be used outside the safe, and the factory tray to remain in the console. Perfect design.

A must when paired with full big gun exhaust
Installed on my 2009 Polaris Sportsman 800 efi, paired with the big gun full exhaust.
I Installed the exhaust first and tried running it, had a lot of backfiring and cutting out in the low rpm. So I installed the tuner and got it dialed in and completely solved the cutting out and backfiring. The quad definitely has more power and a smoother throttle response now.

Sounds awesome!
Install went smooth on my 2009 Polaris sportsman 800 EFI. When paired with the Big Gun Tuner I noticed a huge increase in low RPM throttle response. The 800s have a tendency to whine at a higher rpm, this makes it sound much better than a slip on. The primaries are larger and has a much throatier sound at low RPM. Has a nice bark to it! If you go on longer rides I would suggest putting the baffle in.
