This is so much more than Self-Help
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I admit that I truly respond well to Caroline's direct, forthright, and sometimes abrasive personality. However if you've never listened to her before I recommend starting with 'Why People Don't Heal' to get a good introduction to her approach, and why it is this information is so important to our complex and layered growth.
Shifting your perspective, and ultimately your life, takes more than will, determination, or even desperation. It is a conscious Ascension towards self-awareness, and while Myss's work may not resonate with everyone, it has opened a door for me that I've been trying to unlock for over a decade.
