Reason for Unit to stop working
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich The reason for most of these units stopping is that they have one electrolytic that gets too hot on the power supply and stops working. Then the on light goes out and no power. Had three of these to do that. It is a 1000uf 10v capacitor that goes out. You can tell by the swollen top. It will be domed instead of flat. Replace the Capacitor with another Cap of 1000uf and 35 volts and it will start up and be ok. I had to do this with a 48inch Samsung LCD tv about a year ago and it is still doing fine.
