Works as advertised.
The microphone attached and functioned as described. Sound quality was excellent.

Works as designed
I bought the controller to replace the one I had that was not working properly. This replacement controller worked as designed and as any one that one may acquire on the internet.

Better than a Phantom 3
I own both, the Phantom 3 Advanced and the Blade Chroma. The Blade has a better aeronautical design...it looks like what someone envisions a drone to be. The only thing that I do not like on the Chroma is the control screen's glare. They do provide a screen hood; however, he first thing I did with the hood is to remove the section near the bottom to give complete access to the touch screen. The Blade in my opinion is a better aircraft. With the Phantom one provides their own tablet whereas with the Blade, it is built-in to the controller which is an immediate savings. Which brings up another better feature of the Blade, the controller does not have all the external attachments. Everything is built-in. There is no fear of something falling off while operating the aircraft. One thing that would be cool if some third party or Blade themselves would do is to decorate the fuselage...maybe have the bottom painted yellow so that it could be seen better in flight. If Blade ever creates a retractable landing gear, then look out...the Blade would be the best of the best. Since the landing gear snaps on, then creating a retractable attachments should not be too difficult. Hint ... hint ... to all you third party entrepreneurs!
