Needed a light pull weight
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich The 4.5 pound trigger I had was just too much to ensure smooth firing, but this two stage SSA-E is perfect. Too, I'm not a gunsmith or have any special tools, but the installation was easy.

Not very good for me; maybe OK for others
At least on my system - a 100 watt per channel Yamaha receiver and Klipsch speakers - it didn't sound as good as the non-remastered version I have. Tones that should have been stable seemed to waver. Didn't sound good at higher volumes of 80 to 85 db or so. The disc seemed well made, so I'm not knocking its quality. But I'll be looking for yet another pressing; probably the MFSL version.

OK, but expected a little better
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich The player plays as you'd expect, given its old technology. It is also compact, which is nice. And it also has both HDMI and 3 prong composite cables, which I need, and no other player I could find offered. But it is slow to respond to the remote controller, which itself is quite flimsy. And the only light on it is a very small green one indicating whether it is on or off. And I have to be close and right in front of the player to see the light. So I hit the button on the controller and have to wait to see if the light comes on - can't see the light from a chair 10 feet away. Then with no light to tell me, I have to wait to see if the DVD tray opens. Then I have to wait awhile to see if it actually starts playing. I know it's only $39, but I figured since it was a Sony, it would be pretty responsive. I'll keep it, but I can't recommend it.
