Great Tape for Great Opera!
My favorite tape which is hard to find. I went with Scotch 213 because I'm going to record some Wagner Operas with it (can you guess which ones) an sth length is perfect for doing this. The only thing wrong at all in the whole packaging (and it is due to age more than anything) is that the pad that 3M put in to cushion the reel in transport fell apart on me. But the tapes arrived in perfect shape and I cannot wait to get started on the Opera project. My only question now is should I go at 3 3/4 or 7 1/2 its? Maybe if I can find three or four more I'll be able to record at the faster speed. Either way, it's going to sound fantastic and I won't have to flip CDS as often. Scotch was always my favorite tape and I still love it for a number of reasons. I'm also glad that I can find it on E-Bay when I need it.
