  Very rude and sarcastic does not send item or tracking information kept swapping their mind about what had happened to the item then after 2 1/2 Weeks refuse to refund me and had to ask eBay to step in would definitely not recommend this seller as it seems like they are a scammer

  Hi there the item left with Royal mail on Monday.You asked me if it has not come by the 31st you can have a refund which I agreed don’t understand your problem and your issues Apart from Royal mail did not deliver your item I agreed and tried to resolve all problems which was not good enough I agreed to full refund before you got In touch with EBay.
