Authentic, traditional dances.
Authentic community dance event. Not a detailed instruction video, but good overhead views of the center exhibition dance team if you want to figure out the choreography on your own. Reminded me of the Texas dance halls many, many years ago when all ages went to dance traditional dances.

Advanced moves are broken down into segments that makes them clear and possible to learn.
I have a lot of Belly Dance DVDs from the big production company in California.. The instruction on this one is just as good, and so through and detailed. The instructor is charming and the live drummers are a motivating plus. I am so glad I happened onto this DVD. This Dancer is a true professional in her art form.
