    Overall experience was good. Quick shipping at a very reasonable cost. Only concern was that the locomotive was shipped with brown wrapper applied directly to the product box rather that being shipped in a larger box with cushioning. I have purchased probably more than a hundred brass locomotives in recent years and this was the only one packaged like this. That said the locomotive did in fact arrive intact.

    The locomotive was shipped in its original shipping carton, surrounded by foam, wrapped to keep it nice. I don't understand the criticism. Of course it arrived intact.

    Excellent. Packaging could have been better. The 3 boxes were just wrapped together with brown paper. One side was ripped off during shipping and retapped. The 3 items should have been placed and shipped in a in box instead.

    Shipping was fine. Packaging arrived in good condition, item not as described. Unit is of great value to me. Item is not new. A lot of tarnish on the surface.I am familiar with this model as I have owned one before. I can live it, but be more careful with your listing.
