  Seller immediately relisted item after I purchased it, and did not inform me that I would not be receiving the item until I contacted them two days later. Seller has not so far initiated a refund either. This frankly seems like an outright scam at this point. I see in his reviews that he has done the same thing in the past. I will be reporting the seller to eBay for making a fraudulent listing, accepting payment and not shipping the purchased item, and for failing to communicate an issue.

  I won this item as high bidder but the seller decided that he wanted more money than the winning bid so he relisted the item without telling me and he also did not reply to my messages until eBay stepped in He did not refund my money and I had to get eBay involved to get back my refund. This seller follows his own rules to selling on eBay
