Works well as a replacement.
Pros -
Works as a replacement for the original vacuum powered fuel pump.
Port configuration allows direct replacement.
Cons -
Only 1 mounting hole lines up with the original mount, but 1 scew should hold it, plus the other mount can still be used, just outside the hole.
The only thing I would consider is an electric fuel pump, only because getting fuel to the carby using vacuum uses a lot of battery turning the motor over to get the fuel to the engine.
Electric would allow this process to be quicker and would also offer an easy way to drain the fuel if you need to. And you will need to eventually when the contaminants block the pipes and carby.
