Works well and freezes to an acceptable standard.

Pump what Pump
The product did not work straight out of the box, accepted that some assembly work was necessary, could not fin the AIR BLEED valve mentioned on the packaging and the unit refused to pump any grease either from the cartridge or when free filled! An explanatory guide would have been helpful.
