right tool for unique job
I used them when in the military and often find situation where i wanted to have a quick way to tie two wire together

half.com book purchase
The book's pages were yellowed a tad, and the cover was faded, so I guess I got what I paid for. If I had known that up front, I would have bought a more expensive one. I did not send it back, so I have no one to blame but myself. On the other-hand, a little more descriptive identification of the condition would have been nice.
