With my Galaxy 979 at 4 watts I'm getting about 85 watts on AM and 135 on SSB. I am told signal and modulation are very clean. The price was right too...might have to grab one for the wife's car.
BUT!...if yer gonna be jackin yer jaw for any amount of time you'll need to put a fan on it, got real hot, real fast...didn't hurt it but that cost one star for the rating...still a great little unit.
