  Item description advised there were other items included that didn’t arrive. The clippers arrived with the power cord cut in 2 places not mentioned on the listing. Seller denied that they had included them in this condition however packaging was not damaged during transit. Return was agreed and a case had to be opened in order to receive a refund a seller did not action. Overall I am disappointed in this experience.
