Love this watch
This is my 3rd watch. Just can't find a simpler more versatile watch

Great features ... but there is a learning curve.
Pros - allows you to bulk download waypoints and download beautiful overlays. Basic functions are easy to use.
Cons - You have to use BaseCamp for importing kml lists ...etc. or the mass download of waypoints come up hidden. Confirmed this through Garmin support.
Overlays come out great but they all show up under the same list so that you cannot hide and/or show individual layers like you can tracks. This was a big disappointment for me. Why the engineers did not allow a show/hide button for customized maps is beyond me. For example, now I can never switch between a topo map and a city map or a geo map if they are done as overlays. Crazy. I wish I were on the design team.
But all in all - After having 3 other garmins, this one is still a vast improvement from the others.
