They really work and very convenient!
I have been using these for at least the last 3 years since my Dentist/Hygienist recommended them as part of my normal daily teeth cleaning regime to use alongside dental floss. You need to try out the different sizes to get the one which suits you, but they really work and being disposable are very convenient.

Very good value and practical
Due to its compact size and shape this adaptor completely fulfils my particular requirement. It appears to be well made and robust. I use it to supply a couple of relatively low wattage items which are permanently plugged in. I imagine a little care is needed if you are continually plugging and unplugging items to ensure you don't lever the pins in the wall socket. I haven't used the USB outlets, and probably will never need to, as they were peripheral to the purchase.
