Actually Look Compatible
These work fine with all 4 of my bikes that have Look (or Look compatible) pedals. They wear well and have good quality hardware. I like them a lot better than the redesigned bi-material name brand Looks, which have truly terrible hardware, and have occasional problems with release, particularly when wet. I tried another slightly cheaper off brand cleat recently that actually would not release at all-- I had to lean up against the wall and take of my shoe to get free. Stick to the Wellgos.

Not Look Compatible
These cleats don't release properly. Very dangerous. I've been using various knock off delta cleats for more than 10 years-- these are the first that I've tried that would not release from my delta cx6 pedals (at all-- I had to lean up against a wall and wiggle them out), and were pretty iffy even on the basic look 396 pedals (yes, I tried them on both, and tried adjusting tension settings on both pedal sets-- no good).

As good as Phil Woods
Same as the phil woods version that I always used in the past. Can't find the Phil version, bought this instead-- works fine.
