Heavier and better built than I was expecting.
The muffler was heavier and better built than I was expecting. I've paid more in the past for "name brand" that was of lower quality.

Sometimes a bargain isn't a bargain.
We've bought this brand from our Vet and they worked great, but they we're expensive. Seen these on eBay and they were priced at bargain prices, so I took a gamble. And that gamble didn't pay off. It was if they were just the collar without the medication. We ended up going back to the Vet and buying theirs and it worked great. The Vet looked at it and couldn't explain why they didn't work and ended the visit, with you get what you pay for.

Less than a hour taking my time to install.
Installation was straight forward with simple hand tools. If I had been in a hurry, I probably could have had it installed in a half hour.
