Book on the Town of Neath and its Surrounding Area
Neath (Archive Photograph Book) - A great book filled with pictures and interesting notes. The pictures are of course old and some places probably don't look the same anymore, but that was what I expected when I ordered the book.

Good Item
However, it is very heavy and not easy to set up. I have a lot of trouble getting it to stand straight and even. One can't really use both sides and it is not easy to store. I expected better.

A Self-Guided Tour... Interesting but could be better
I read the book with great interest! Unfortunately, it is missing an important element; a recommended map in order to better tour the city. Many of the sights are listed in chronological order. That is an interesting way to do it. However, I would have preferred a step-by-step guide (ex. Start here and then walk towards...). That being said, I did enjoy it. However, I'm going to N.Y.C. this week. I doubt I will use the guide a lot. Time willing, I will take out a map and identify some of the spots I would like to see and then chart my own tour. This should be okay, but I wish the book would have done that for me.
