Still Some Timeless Advise
While the styles are clearly outdated with huge shoulder pads and ultra long skirts, there are still bits of fashion wisdom to be gleaned. However, Judith presents them rather quickly, and I would have preferred a slower, more descriptive presentation of each piece and how they all work together in a cluster, rather than just seeing them hanging together on a rack. I shall view these tapes again, perhaps more can be learned with a second viewing, seeing things that I missed.

Good concept, unfriendly measurements !
While the dieting concept is good in this book, the measurements for the foods are not US user friendly , so I was disappointed with that aspect . They are set up for people in the UK .

Quite Small !
Might be good at the beach to protect my cell phone from sand and water, or to use in a carry on tote for a snack or small items. Very light weight.
