  Sent me an offer of $25 + postage so I took up the offer aswell as paid instantly. How ever I was sent a message telling me I had been refunded as this was a mistake on there part. I was never given any opportunity for discussion because they know they had done me wrong 💯. This is not a fare trader at all because I had paid the request amount and was excited to be able to gift this to my mother. Instead I was totally let down. Don't trust them at all period

No colour resemblance to our other Pennine mugs and dinner set items.
