This turned out to be a rip-off, it is a bootleg copy

I only bought this because it was advertised as a Nintendo game. It turned out it is an illegal bootleg copy of the game. It is advertised under video games, it shows a copy of the box from Nintendo with trademarked artwork as if it were a Nintendo product. He even fooled the ebay censors to get it listed in the first place. If Nintendo wanted to follow up on this, this guy would be in jail or more likely , juvenile hall, and ebay would be in court. This is theft and unlicensed sale of copyrighted material.
