Mulling the update
Being a purist is tough! Accepting an update or modification to an iconic look(movie Optimus....) is hard to accept, but this figure convinces you that the soul of the character is intact, the mustard yellow and the opaque ocean water blue actually make for a better color scheme than the original brights. The transformation is slightly more complicated than the original, but makes for a more enjoyable interaction, plus he looks good next to any MP due to the modern look of the robot mode. Great addition to the family!
