A great brand for high D3 iu and delivery. Highly recommended.
I have bought this brand of Vit D3 for several years because at 4.000 iu it has a much higher dose of D3 than the majority of other brands - so would cost a lot more to take several doses of other brands to equal this. I also prefer to heed natural health advice that 1,000 RDA is too low whether deficient or not. It is also nice and easy to take. It is now recognised that when taking D3 it is important to supplement it with K2 to prevent the calcium which D3 looks after from settling in the wrong places i.e. soft tissue, arteries etc so please readers take note.

Both my cats adore this bed
My cats both decided this bed was the warmest place to be in no time. They both absolutely love it !After regularly finding them both squashed together on it whenever the heating clicks on I've ordered another so they be side by side. It remains to be seen though whether they will prefer to be squashed on one together for additional body heat !

Great CD for the elderly
This is a great CD for anyone who lived though the war. I bought it for my mother who has Alzheimers and hearing old familiar songs of this era really stirs her into a world which she relates to. She loves it. I recommend this and songs by Vera Lynn to anyone with a relative unable to communicate well as it is well known that familiar music like this relaxes them with memories of their unconscious past.
