Pre-Work out
This is a wonderful product to get you up and going. After about 20-30 minutes I am completely ready for my work out of weights and cardio after taking this product. It gives me lots of energy to make it through my 1.5 hour work out. The taste is great, however, it doesn't mix as smoothly as I would like it to. The mixing consistency does not affect how the product works. On the days I do not take Pump-HD I can definitely feel a difference in my body. I feel sluggish and not as ready to start my day. I love this product and enjoy taking it to reach my fitness goals.

Outstanding product
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich For the first couple days that you use this product your skin does get bright red and some what tingles. The tingle feeling goes away after a few minutes and the red on the areas you put the cream on does go away. I feel that the cream makes your skin smooth and soft and it really does show definition. I use it first thing in the morning right before my fasted cardio and under my Neoprene body suit and I can feel the heat from the cream along with buckets of sweat. I also apply the cream after a shower right before bed. I do feel this product is a little on the expensive side. I am on my second bottle, so I loved it enough to buy more, regardless of the price. Not sure how often I will have this product on hand due to the cost and with it being the winter months I may way to get more once summer rolls around and I am able to show my abs off more with all the hard work I have put into them with the boost of this cream.
