Rather Expensive But Worth the Coin?
If you care about the quality and depth of your sleep (which is often a matter of life and death) then these rather expensive nasal-opening silicone rubber-coated clips are worth every penny. Although they haven't COMPLETELY stopped me from snoring, they HAVE improved the quality and depth of my sleep in obvious and measurable ways. So, yes, I'd recommend them over, say, nothing or glue-based nose strips.
They seem to last about 2-3 months of daily use before finally giving out (in terms of being able to stretch out your nasal cavity). Must be washed in liquid soap every day if you don't want health issues, of course.
