Overall good but Jerome has a flaw
The Hoya figure was great, but unfortunately Jerome fell short. The package didn't seem to be sealed and the back came off with ease. Then noticed the left arm has a noticeable mark on it. Seemed like it was taken out, scuffed, and put back into the package.

Great Kit
Cant say much, just another great kit by tamiya! Has a couple more parts but not to hard to put together and makes it look all the better.

Not new
Product says new but seems used. Rails have crud on them and the upside appears to be glued before. This makes it so the switch doesn't get good power and most locos stall because of how much stuff is on the rails.
