Love my Rugby
I think it is a great phone. Just what I need, a phone not a computer. I don't text and I don't need a smartphone. This is my second one and it works just fine for me. I answered the small form factor with a yes, but I really don't know what small form factor means. If they would have had a I don't know box I would have checked it! Bottom line for me is this phone works great.

Works good.
Nice duster, sheds some feathers now and then, but I guess that's to be expected. Works great around the house and also on your cars dashboard. Real good around delicate items.
