  received damaged item, sent seller message about discount or return label..seller responds with snippy message..The item was delivered 12/26 and you waited 8 days to contact me? When shipped, the star was attached to the figure. ... I suggest you open a dispute via ebay. ... I'm not going to simply take your word. I suggest you open a buyer dispute via ebay...ok filing dispute...some people do travel out state for holidays so ya was 8 days sorry..
